A man calls emergency services from an unfamiliar street with no readable signs. A car displays a numbered permit; the same number is painted in its reserved bay. The operator has him read both and consults the municipal register of parking bays.

1. Choose a narrator: they read the answer privately and hide it.
2. Read the premise aloud. Answers: yes, no or irrelevant.
3. When the game ends, mark the puzzle as played.
