What this is

Stories to Solve (a desiderai brand) offers lateral-thinking puzzles. Some stories are free; the «Full deck» (441 stories) unlocks with a one-time payment of €1.99 (VAT included).

Who sells

Payment and sale are handled by Stripe acting as merchant of record: Stripe collects payment, issues the receipt or invoice and handles VAT. The content and service are provided by Marco Molica.

Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the collection through your account. You do not acquire rights in the stories and may not resell, redistribute or publish them.

Access

After payment, access is immediate and tied to your account; you can use it on multiple devices by signing in with the same account.

Digital content, withdrawal and refunds

This is digital content made available immediately. Refund requests and disputes are handled by Stripe as merchant of record, under its terms; you can write to privacy@storiestosolve.com and we will help forward them. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Account and conduct

You are responsible for access to your account. Automated use to bulk-extract the content is prohibited.

Availability and liability

The service is provided «as is»: we work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited; nothing excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Age

Some stories deal with dark themes (crime, death): content recommended for audiences aged 16 and over.

Governing law and contact

Maltese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
