During an airport baggage check, the police find a dog carrier with a dead dog inside. Fearing a huge lawsuit, the manager sends someone to find a new dog that looks like the dead one. Eventually he obtains one and puts the old collar, bearing the name Twiglet, on the lively replacement. He takes the dog to its owner and rings her doorbell. "Here's Twiglet, ma'am," he says, handing her the carrier. She takes one look and screams, "This is not my Twiglet!" What is happening?
