The Detached Bell

From a window a man sees a visitor holding the rope of the bell above the door ready to pull. Its support has a fresh, almost complete cut. Before the visitor pulls he removes the bell from inside, then meets the visitor and calls police, who inspect the cut.

1. Choose a narrator: they read the answer privately and hide it.
2. Read the premise aloud. Answers: yes, no or irrelevant.
3. When the game ends, mark the puzzle as played.
