A man just had an operation and is going home on the train. The doctor said to take the bandages off in 30 minutes. The train went into a tunnel and at that time he jumped out of the train and died. Why did he jump?

He was blind and he had an operation on his eyes to help him see, but as he took the bandages off, the train went into the tunnel and he thought he was still blind, so he thought his life was not worth living.
