The Motionless Wheel

In a film a cart moves forward but one wheel’s spokes appear stationary. In person the wheel rotates normally without slipping. A second recording at a different frame rate shows the spokes moving. The cart travels at the same speed and its wheel is unchanged.
- Choose a narrator: they read the answer privately and hide it.
- Read the premise aloud. Answers: yes, no or irrelevant.
