The Flag against the Wind

A small flag on a stationary car shows wind coming from behind. The car starts moving with the wind but faster; the flag streams backwards. Flags on fixed poles still show the previous direction. The wind has not changed.
- Choose a narrator: they read the answer privately and hide it.
- Read the premise aloud. Answers: yes, no or irrelevant.
- When the game ends, mark the puzzle as played.
