The portrait that changes owner

A woman lends a portrait to a friend. When she gets it back, the face is identical but the name on the back is no longer hers. Her friend wrote or erased nothing, and the portrait was not replaced.
- Choose a narrator: they read the answer privately and hide it.
- Read the premise aloud. Answers: yes, no or irrelevant.
- When the game ends, mark the puzzle as played.
