A man leaves a motel room, goes into his car, honks the horn, and returns. Why?
One player reads the premise and knows the answer. Everyone else asks yes/no questions until they reconstruct what happened.

The answer
It is the middle of the night. The man goes outside to get something from his car, but forgets which room he is in. His wife is deaf so he honks his car horn, waking everyone up in the hotel. All the other residents, who aren't deaf, wake up and turn on their lights. The man returns to the room with the light remaining off.
